This hotel is great! Rooms very comfortable,pool and hot tub great! Food at Huckleberry' was excellent! Friendly service and delicious chocolate chip cookies every day!!

This was our first time and we had a blast. We stayed for only one night. The entire hotel has a really cool theme and feeling to it. They even have some late music playing in the hallways as you go to your room, which give you a cool kind of feel. The beds were comfortable. The pool area is great. It’s located right in the heart of downtown Lancaster. We will definitely be staying again. Forgot to add that they had free coffee and cookies in the lobby!

Love this hotel. Kids had a blast. Great location! Pool and hot tub were clean and fun. Rooms are great. Gives you the feeling like you’re actually on a boat!

This was the second year we've made reservations for the Fulton Steamboat Inn's New Year's Eve package. The Fulton is a classy, exquisitely furnished hotel. And aside from the souvenir Champagne flutes, exceptional dinner menu, a free Champagne toast and the festive gathering to watch Time Square on the large projection screen, it was also a polite, sophisticated crowd. The halls were quiet when we returned to our room around 12:20AM. The only less than satisfactory point again was the "family breakfast" in the morning. Just a big plate full of unhealthy carbs and fats. We were told it was easier for the kitchen to serve a full house this way. Never the less, we'll be back next year as well as the several times a year we come after shows at the American Music Theater. It's a great venue.

The Steamboat Inn is a hidden gem in Pennsylvania. We stayed on the first floor (promenade) deck on the Stern side. We originally requested the second floor but it worked out that our room was on the first floor. The room was clean and it had bunk beds. The shower faucet and handle was loose, and the toilet occasionally ran but not a major issue. The room had the basics: microwave, small refrigerator, phone etc. You can also walk around their property to see the ducks and a possible bond fire at night. The grounds are maintained very well and there is a play house for the kids. When you make room reservations, make sure you make breakfast and dinner reservations. Highly recommend you call the hotel before you come to make sure your breakfast and dinner reservations our still reserved. We had an issue but the front desk was able to squeeze us in around 530 pm and not 730 pm when we checked in. The breakfast and dinner menus are a little bit pricey but the food was quite good. I ordered the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes, tomato soup and it was very good. The crab dip was OK but too pricey. The atmosphere was very laid back and the server was responsive. There is a pool and hot tub in the bow of the hotel on the first floor. Very clean and maintained. I spend my time in the hot tub. There are plenty of towels and places to sit. If you are looking for a unique hotel that is affordable with good food, the Steam Boat Inn is for you.

1st time stay at Fulton Steamboat Inn, though have had it on our list for several years. Friends of ours recommended the hotel. The vibe actually makes you feel you are on a steamboat! Our King room was perfect. Had 2 sinks (1) in and (1) outside the bathroom which was ideal. Enjoyed a great breakfast on checkout day. Located close to many major attractions, outlet shopping, theater, Dutch Wonderland, as well as traditional Amish Country food and fare. Friendly staff.

We were visiting from the UK and chose this based on its rather unique appearance! It's a fantastic hotel, nicely decorated, friendly staff, big rooms and quite possibly the comfiest bed we've ever slept in! The only slight downside was the food in the restaurant was a little bland, but there's a lot of other options in the surrounding area.

We stay here every Christmas season. The decor and attention to detail are fantastic This year a few things were off. We look fwd to our Christmas themed rubber duck in the bathroom. Ours was not Christmas, we look fwd to the Christmas plushies in the claw machine. They were regular plushies. The coffee in the lobby was never hot, just warm. Lastly the details in cleaning the bathroom seem to be falling off. These aren't big things, they we're sweet details that made it more memorable. Overall we still love it, the all you can eat breakfast at the on site restaurant was delicious.

A stay at Fulton Steamboat is definitely a great experience! The steamboat theme throughout is so amazing, room are clean and comfortable, cute little gift shop, great tavern and restaurant on site make your stay perfect! They have a duck pond, fire pits, indoor pool and hot tub and also a playground out back for the kids. We weren't able to enjoy all of it because of weather but would like to return at some point. Definitely recommend a stay here!
